Missouri

Total Credits Required: To meet the MCLE live-program requirements, one can participate in webinars or telephone seminars remotely, which count towards the total of 15 hours of CLE programs or activities. Self-study or on-demand programs may also contribute to the 15 hours, with a maximum of six hours allowed.

However, it’s important to note that the ethics or elimination of bias requirements cannot be fulfilled through on-demand or self-study programs.

Specialty Credits Required: At least 3 of the total 15 credit hours must be devoted exclusively to accredited ethics programs, seminars, and activities, including professionalism, substance abuse, mental health, legal or judicial ethics, malpractice prevention, explicit or implicit bias, diversity, inclusion, or cultural competency and at least one of the three ethics credit hours must be devoted exclusively to explicit or implicit bias, diversity, inclusion, or cultural competency.

Reporting Period: 1 year

End of Period: June 30

Credit Hour: 50 minutes. The respective attorney will receive 1 credit for a 50-minute instruction.

Attendance Reporting: Attorneys are required to self-report attendance.

Illinois

Total Credits Required: 30 hours per period

Specialty Credits Required: 6 hours professional responsibility per period. At least one (1) credit each of mental health/substance abuse and diversity/inclusion must be completed as part of the total 6 hours of credit.

Reporting Period: 2 years

End of Period: June 30. Year varies based on Attorney’s last name

Credit Hour: 60 minutes. The respective attorney will receive 1 credit for a 60-minute instruction.

Attendance Reporting: Illinois licensed attorneys are advised to keep the Certificate of Attendance for their personal records. It is mandatory for attorneys to obtain CLE approval for Live Webinars and report their attendance. Our team will furnish all the required documents for accreditation. However, please note that we do not seek accreditation for On-Demand/Rebroadcast courses.

Kansas

Total Credits Required: 12 hours per period

Specialty Credits Required: 2 hours of ethics per period

Reporting Period: 1 year

End of Period: June 30

Credit Hour: 50 minutes. The respective attorney will receive 1 credit for a 50-minute instruction.

Attendance Reporting: It is mandatory for lawyers to report their attendance for any In-Person Seminars they attend themselves. On the other hand, our team will take responsibility for reporting attendance for all web-based programs.

Oklahoma

Total Credits Required: 12 hours per period

Specialty Credits Required: 2 hour ethics per period

Reporting Period: 1 year

End of Period: December 31

Credit Hour: 50 minutes. The respective attorney will receive 1 credit for a 50-minute instruction.

Attendance Reporting: Attorneys must fill out the Uniform Application for Approval of Continuing Legal Education and report their attendance themselves.

Nebraska

Total Credits Required: 10 hours per period. (For distance learning details, please contact the team.)

Specialty Credits Required: 2 hours ethics or professional responsibility per period.

Reporting Period: 1 year

End of Period: December 31

Credit Hour: 60 minutes. The respective attorney will receive 1 credit for a 60-minute instruction.

Attendance Reporting: It is mandatory for lawyers to obtain approval for continuing legal education (CLE) and report their own attendance. Our team will furnish all the essential paperwork for accreditation purposes.
